Law’ttitude is a leading full service litigation/ law firm dedicated to provide effective and timely legal solutions to our clients, domestic as well as international.

Founded in 2018 by Mr. Saket Gogia, Law’ttitude works with the approach of enhanced levels of understanding in the practise areas that it caters to. Law’ttitude aims at maintaining a high standard of skilled and solution oriented approach to address their client’s legal and business concerns.

The firm’s expertise lies in Arbitrations, Litigations across District and Appellate Courts in matters of Intellectual Property, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, White Collar Crimes, Penal Offences, Family and Matrimonial disputes, Consumer Protection, Labour disputes, et al.

Saket Gogia

Saket is the founding partner of Law’ttitude with an experience of 8 years. He is a First generation lawyer he is an expert in the field of litigation.

As a litigator, Mr. Saket has represented clients before Supreme Court of India, several High Courts, Trial Courts and Tribunals across India. He has argued several important legal issues ranging from constitutional law, property related issues, criminal cases corporate fraud and criminal law.

He is also associated with his alma mater KLE, Bangalore and as their alumnus, he has frequently has been invited to other universities to speak on various legal issues of contemporary relevance.
